Contemplating is the basis of meditation and the door to good vibrations. Is a practice that involves paying attention, observing carefully without prejudice to an object, idea or experience. It can be an important part of meditation, of self-knowledge and other spiritual practices, as it helps calm us down and focus on the present.

Contemplation is a magical process; we could discover ways to cultivate mindfulness and acceptance. By paying attention to what is happening in the present moment, we learn to accept things as they are, without trying to change or resist them. Helping us feel greater peace and accept the past situations and follow a purpose.

We can affirm a continuous exercise of contemplation is a very beneficial practice for a healthy mind and well-being. It helps us reduce stress, improve our concentration, and cultivate greater clarity and perspective. It also allows us to connect with our emotions and have a greater understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.

When we watch a masterpiece, if it is pleasant, it perfumes memories, inspires desires, dresses knowledge, cooks concepts. Contemplation is the first stage of the visual art. The Universe is dancing among us, over us, within everything. Yes, we are spinning with many and almost everyone. Probably, we were invited to a joint and solitary dance, where we learn to move by observation because we believe we emerge inside the appearance of reasoning. Beyond and here, in the past, and present, we can only put feelings into the steps and over the principles. It doesn’t matter if from time to time you feel dizzy, without partners, without staff, without a party. Just pace and listen. We always try to remember the changes and the paths. Everything moves in relative harmony. We grow under the same light. We are retracing with the same desires. After the beginning, the answers will come as many other figures: crossed steps, boogie-woogie, jazz swing, and finally the style; all in the same square. Some of us are slow and lose our rhythm. But those are the living creatures.

Everything else is just a boring elliptical choreography; synchronized and perpetual elements that enclose our chaotic human being. Of course, the same answers that make more questions gravitate. Indeed, our daily pursuit of answers. The uncertainty and the doubt about immensity leads us to disagreement of the scientific conclusion. We disagreed, because the stars cannot be only the combustion of gases generating and rarefying more matter, is not enough for our mortal view. Why were we created, why continue creating? We keep reproducing and building. We destroy and die. Perhaps we are just a music box sailing in the immensity that one day the stars will eat. A plague on a wisp of blue dust within curving, collision-filled corridors.

Maybe, but in the meantime invent a purpose and keep dancing. God did not want to be alone and manufactured us. Thee need something to love, or maybe just a help wanted. The small things can have enormous value. For sure. I only can say: you must continue to imitating the stars and devours everything that keeps you warm and going. Hidden behind the same beat there is a different music. A different mystery planted in a permanent behavior. Behind the mechanical static there is a storm of colors and useful knowledge to warnings us from death, the death of nonsense. The great symphony is invisible to superficial souls, but it moves us to dance. The existential dance that concerns us is the question that feeds us. A banquet drives us out of the cave.
